We naturally regret it if you are not entirely happy with your purchase but if this is the case you can return the item(s) within 28 days of purchase free of charge from anywhere in the UK subject to the following conditions/return procedure.  Please note that earrings are non-returnable and neither a refund nor a credit note can be given for any item of stock jewellery (or part thereof) that a customer has requested be altered in any way.

The items need to be returned as received and in their original packaging complete with the dispatch note/invoice that accompanied them. Please take the following steps: 


  1. Send an email to stating the original order number, your name, the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return.
  2. We use the Collect Plus network for returns and will email to you a returns label. Please print and attach it securely to the package being returned.
  3. Visit the website and using the ‘Find a store’ search facility provided at the top of page locate the store most convenient to you.
  4. Take the package being returned to your chosen store and present it to the checkout. You will be given a receipt which includes a tracking number. You should keep this safely as proof that you have dispatched a package to us.

If you are wishing to exchange the item then your order will need to be refunded and a new order placed. Please email if you have any queries about this.


Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns on any international orders and it is as a general condition of sale your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred if you wish to return your purchase. In the event of your wishing to return an item then you should email us at prior to returning any goods – giving the information at 1. above.

Refunds. Please note that items in any returns packages received by Alistair R will be checked and verified against our photographic product dispatch record prior to any credit being raised.  Providing that the items returned are undamaged and can be returned to stock we will be happy to refund the full purchase amount to the account from which the original purchase was made.  We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receipt of the returned items.
