We naturally regret it if you are not entirely happy with your purchase but if this is the case you can return the item(s) within 28 days of purchase free of charge from anywhere in the UK subject to the following conditions/return procedure.  Earrings are non-returnable and neither a refund nor a credit note can be given for any bespoke items or item of stock jewellery (or part thereof) that a customer has requested be altered in any way. Any item that have been worn or used in any way cannot be refunded.  Any that show evidence of having been used (eg: fabric creasing, staining, impregnation with cosmetic products or scents, cleaning, crimping or other damage etc) will not qualify for a full refund - the refund on such items (if any) calculated on the purchase amount (excluding shipping) less the cost of restoring them to merchantable condition (if this is reasonably possible).

The items need to be returned as received and in their original packaging complete with the dispatch note/invoice that accompanied them or a copy thereof.   


  1. Send an email to stating the original order number, your name, the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return.
  2. Please return the item(s) to:  Alistair R, 142 Listooder Road, Saintfield, Ballynahinch, Co Down, BT24 7LB.  Please note that items are not deemed to have been returned until they are received at the above address.  A proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of a return

The above procedure applied to international orders and it is as a general condition of sale that it is the purchasers responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred when returning a purchase. In the event of your wishing to return an item then you should email us at prior to returning any goods – giving the information at 1. above.

Refunds. Please note that items in any returns packages received by Alistair R will be checked and verified against our photographic product dispatch record prior to any credit being raised.  Providing that the items are returned un-used and undamaged and can be returned to stock we will refund the purchase amount to the account from which the original purchase was made - subject to the following proviso.  If the value of the amended order (ie: the value of the original order less the value of items returned from that order) falls below any threshold that qualified for any discount (eg: free shipping or volume discount) then this will be accounted for in calculating the refund - as if the original order had been placed excluding the returned items.  We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receipt of the returned items.
